About the Role
As a Creative Marketing Strategist, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns that engage audiences and elevate brand presence. You’ll work closely with the creative and marketing team to craft compelling content, optimize brand storytelling, and analyze campaign performance to ensure impact.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Campaign Strategy – Plan and execute creative digital marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and XHS (小红书)
Brand Storytelling – Develop engaging content that aligns with our brand identity and connects with audiences
Social Media Management – Strategize and optimize content to drive engagement and conversions
Creative Collaboration – Work with designers, videographers, and influencers to craft compelling marketing assets
Performance Analysis – Track campaign results, identify trends, and optimize for continuous improvement
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, branding, or content strategy
Fluent in Mandarin & English (both written & spoken) – 必须懂中文(写作 & 沟通能力佳)
Proven experience managing social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, XHS, Facebook)
Strong creativity and ability to trend-jack for viral marketing campaigns
Excellent copywriting & content planning skills
