  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate scheduling of appointments and efficient patient flow within the clinic.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Manage invoicing, process payments, and conduct end-of-day sales reporting.
  • Responsible for updating patient information and sending reminders for appointment.
  • Collect patient feedback forms and address any feedback or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Support daily administrative tasks and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of clinic supplies as needed.

    • Job Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate in both Mandarin and English, other languages will be an advantage
  • Proven experience in customer service will be considered a plus.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Well-organized and responsible, with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Preferably a detailed oriental and fast learner.
