- Experience: At least 2 years of administrative experience. Candidates with e-commerce or logistics industry experience are preferred.
- Language: Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written) with basic English communication skills.
Skills:
- Proficient in AutoCount system operation.
- Familiar with Delivery Order (DO) and Airway Bill (AWB) preparation and processing.
- Experience in e-commerce platform operations, including order processing and supplier/customer coordination.
- Basic supply chain management knowledge to efficiently coordinate with the packaging department and suppliers.
