  • Responsible for the creation and management of Delivery Orders (DO) and Airway Bills (AWB).
  • Coordinate with the packaging department to ensure smooth order packaging and shipping processes.
  • Manage e-commerce platform operations, including order management, product updates, and customer coordination.
  • Liaise with suppliers, handling procurement, reconciliation, and other related tasks.
  • Operate the AutoCount system to manage orders, inventory, and related financial data.
  • Handle daily administrative tasks, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Perform other administrative and e-commerce-related duties as required.
  • Education: Minimum secondary school education. Preferably with a background in secretarial studies, administration, accounting, or related fields.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of administrative experience. Candidates with e-commerce or logistics industry experience are preferred.
  • Language: Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written) with basic English communication skills.

Skills:

  • Proficient in AutoCount system operation.
  • Familiar with Delivery Order (DO) and Airway Bill (AWB) preparation and processing.
  • Experience in e-commerce platform operations, including order processing and supplier/customer coordination.
  • Basic supply chain management knowledge to efficiently coordinate with the packaging department and suppliers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), e-commerce platforms, and basic data management.
