  • Assisting with day to day efficient operation of the human resources
  • Process payroll using UBS System and ensure timely payroll completion
  • Maintain and update employees personal information in employee file and payroll system
  • Prepare monthly payroll summary and overtime report
  • Verifying attendance, hours work and pay adjustment.
  • Checking & Reviewing time sheet, work chart, wage computation and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies
  • Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, Socso and Income Tax
  • Handling employees' Socso claims. Preparing related documents for Socso claim & report form to labor department
  • Preparing employee payment, salary & benefits by using electronic transfer
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice
  • At least 2 years related working experience in related field
  • Experience in monthly payroll processing
  • Computer literate in Microsoft office Application & Payroll System (UBS SYSTEMS)
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Good communication and written in English
