  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

  • To perform taking-off from architectural / structural drawings for quotation preparation
  • To assist tender submission, taking off quantity, handle progress claim, variation orders and finalize project accounts.
  • Co-ordinate the procurement of materials and suppliers for the projects and ensuring expenses within budget.
  • Monitor closely the project costs and puts up project cost reports on a schedule.
  • To ensure that all relevant documents submitted are fully substantiated, accurate, and in accordance with the contract policy and procedures.
  • Site visit and checking.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • Able to read drawings and equipped with reasonable knowledge about construction and designing principles.
  • Good in AutoCAD.
  • Possess strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Computer literate and good communication skills.
  • Possess site experience.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Able to start work immediately is an advantage.
  • Prefer junior quantity surveyor with 1 year experience.
  • Training and guidance will be provided.
