  • Perform daily accounting general activities
  • Issue invoice, receipt, statements, sales report, credit note, debit note
  • Perform proper documentation filling manually and digitally
  • Assist in monthly accounts closing
  • Monitor customer & supplier aging and follow up payment
  • Attend to any ad-hoc duties or tasks assigned by superior
  • Handling on account payable and account receivable & collection
  • Assisting in general finance & account tasks and supporting day to day operation functions
  • Ensure the smooth progress of daily operation
  • Minimum education: Diploma/STPM and above
  • At least 1 year of working experience in related field
  • Required Languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Required Skill: Sound knowledge of accounting, accounting software, Bookkeeping, Financial Software
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
