- Perform daily accounting general activities
- Issue invoice, receipt, statements, sales report, credit note, debit note
- Perform proper documentation filling manually and digitally
- Assist in monthly accounts closing
- Monitor customer & supplier aging and follow up payment
- Attend to any ad-hoc duties or tasks assigned by superior
- Handling on account payable and account receivable & collection
- Assisting in general finance & account tasks and supporting day to day operation functions
- Ensure the smooth progress of daily operation
- Minimum education: Diploma/STPM and above
- At least 1 year of working experience in related field
- Required Languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Required Skill: Sound knowledge of accounting, accounting software, Bookkeeping, Financial Software
