  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, ledgers, and reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
  • Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to oversee inventory tracking and stock control across all outlets, ensuring accurate records and timely reporting.
  • Participate in scheduled and ad-hoc stock takes across outlets, which may include cafes, cookie counters, and cocktail bars.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, analyses, and summaries to the finance manager, identifying trends and insights to guide operational improvements.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and other strategic financial planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls, conducting regular reviews and audits to maintain accuracy and transparency in reporting.
  • Work closely with external auditors, providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
  • Assist in financial guidance for initiatives across the company’s 8-10 brands, considering each outlet’s unique operational needs.
  • 2+ years of experience in an Accounting or Finance role.
  • F&B industry experience preferred.
  • Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and Tamil
  • Strong Attention to Detail, Problem-solving abilities, and a Proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to travel to different outlets for inventory checks and stock-taking activities as needed.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills for effective collaboration across departments.
