- Confirm all shipment information with origin to initiate shipment.
- Review/update, verify fees, customer profile, SOP, and rates per quote or customer SOP/work instructions.
- Verify shipment status, review pre-alert, and issue shipment handling instructions.
- Serve as a liaison between Document Processing Agent and the customer regarding shipment details and/or exceptions.
- Communicate exceptions and shipment status with customers.
- Work with Accounts Receivable.
- Increase customer satisfaction and business share through regular contact (i.e., phone, email, possible visits).
- Initiate customer reports.
- Min education at least a Diploma qualification.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to converse English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Understanding of Ocean Import/Export regulations and documents.
- Ability to work, Communicate, and resolve problems effectively.
- Attention to detail and excellent oral and written Communication skills.
- Some customer service experience desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
