Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments, follow-up calls, and managing client communications. Clients are mainly Malay
  • Lead Generation & Research: Conduct research on potential clients, maintain CRM records, and identify new leads.
  • Customer Relations: Ensure regular follow-up with clients, nurturing relationships, and assisting in client retention efforts.
  • Administrative Support: Manage daily tasks like emails, calendar management, document organization, and setting reminders.
  • Database Management: Maintain an organized database of clients, prospects, and industry contacts.
  • Coordination: Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and follow-ups related to sales activities.
  • Personal Assistance: Provide occasional personal support as required (e.g., booking travel, organizing schedules).
  • Task Flexibility: Help with ad-hoc tasks, such as research or documents, when needed.

Job Requirements:

Nationality: Malaysian (preferred)

Work Arrangement: Remote / Work-from-home

Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (any field) preferred but not required

Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, cold calling, customer service, or sales support (preferred)
  • Experience handling CRM systems or sales admin work is a bonus
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills (must be confident and articulate over the phone)
  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (both spoken and written)
  • Basic sales knowledge (understanding of appointment setting & lead qualification)
  • Highly organized (able to manage follow-ups and CRM updates)
  • Self-motivated & proactive (comfortable working independently)
  • Tech-savvy (familiar with Google Workspace, WhatsApp, and CRM tools)

Availability:

  • Office Hours, Monday to Friday (Flexible timing as long work is done)
  • Must be able to make calls during Singapore business hours
