- Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person.

- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

- Support the company’s travel management systems, booking platforms, and other industry-specific applications.

- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a helpdesk role, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts.
- Experience with troubleshooting travel management systems and booking platforms is an advantage.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional after-hours support.
