  • Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Assist with user account management, including setup, password resets, and permissions.
  • Monitor system performance and escalate complex technical issues to the IT Manager.
  • Support the company’s travel management systems, booking platforms, and other industry-specific applications.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation of hardware and software.
  • Assist with software updates, patches, and system security enhancements.
  • Provide basic training and guidance to other employees on IT policies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for IT support when necessary.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a helpdesk role, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts.
  • Experience with troubleshooting travel management systems and booking platforms is an advantage.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional after-hours support.
