  • Responsible on company’s Accounts aligned with Accounting Standards of Malaysia. (MASB)
  • Lead and review all Balance Sheet Reconciliation and organize monthly reviews with Manager & Director.
  • Responsible on timeliness and accuracy of general accounts, monthly closing, financial reporting and account analysis.
  • Ensure all debts were collected and minimize bad debts by list/de-list eTR from AR.
  • Full responsible on Tax & Audit queries.
  • Tax planning, estimation & amendment of monthly submission accordingly(CP204A)
  • Tax submission for Company Directors personal income tax on time.
  • Handling bank loan, facilities & other application from time to time.
  • Set company’s accounting policies and procedures.
  • Oversee talent’s development and putting them in a right job/position/department to ensure efficiency of work
  • Perform individual assessment quarterly of Sales Team for management’s review
  • Ensure company’s server in good condition. (Fix & repair on time)
  • Prepare monthly payroll. (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
  • Prepare Annual EA Form to all staffs
  • Arrange workforce and monitor staff performance timely
  • Conduct staff’s KPI for bonus and incentives
  • Record Staff attendance and punctuality
  • Prepare & draft memo, letters & forms
  • Monitor & supervise security guard, ensure they perform their duties at work
  • Taking care of office overall cleanliness including the landscape surrounding office
  • Registration of company’s vehicle checking via online for Lorries & Van
  • Ad-hoc task assigned by Immediate Superior from time to time
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Having at least 1 year experience in related field
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English
  • Microsoft Word & Excel skills required
  • Well verse in labor law and government statutory requirements
  • Fast learner, able to work independently to meet the deadline and self-motivated with strong sense of accountability
  • Have a great attitude such as self-discipline, team player
  • Willingness to learn and upgrade skills
