Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by managing customer relationships and expanding the client base locally and internationally. Key duties include:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by fostering trust, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring satisfaction for long-term loyalty.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by working strategically, analyzing performance, and adapting approaches to achieve goals consistently.
- Understand and promote product knowledge by deeply understanding offerings and confidently educating customers on their benefits and value.
- Identify and engage potential customers through proactive research, outreach, and personalized strategies to convert leads into loyal buyers.
- Maintain accurate records and report sales activities to track progress, provide insights, and ensure organized customer and sales management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Able to communicate / write in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage.
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related role
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills.
- Ability to develop good relationship with current and potential client.
- Self-motivated, Goal-Oriented, and Able to Work Independently.
