Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by managing customer relationships and expanding the client base locally and internationally. Key duties include:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by fostering trust, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring satisfaction for long-term loyalty.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by working strategically, analyzing performance, and adapting approaches to achieve goals consistently.
  • Understand and promote product knowledge by deeply understanding offerings and confidently educating customers on their benefits and value.
  • Identify and engage potential customers through proactive research, outreach, and personalized strategies to convert leads into loyal buyers.
  • Maintain accurate records and report sales activities to track progress, provide insights, and ensure organized customer and sales management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Able to communicate / write in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage.
  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or a related role
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Ability to develop good relationship with current and potential client.
  • Self-motivated, Goal-Oriented, and Able to Work Independently.
