Sales Management Trainee

Job DescriptionParticipate in a thorough and in-depth training program with exposure to all fields in the sales of concrete and quarry products.Work with Sales Managers and Regional Sales & Marketing Manager to develop sales strategies and plans aimed at increasing consumer awareness, sales, market share and profits.Preparation of accurate sales forecasts for area of responsibility.Develop and maintain relationships with major and minor customers driving volume and brand loyalty in area of responsibility.Work with technical function departments to deliver high quality products to our customers.Ensure application of best practice sales skills and implement meeting planning prior to face-to-face calls, building rapport during meetings, explain company’s competitive advantages, handle objections professionally, apply negotiation skills, close deals and ensure high levels of product and technical knowledge.Cost control through effective management of sales processes.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Business Administration, Engineering or its equivalent.Young graduates encouraged to apply.Highly competitive and a passion for sales.Excellent communication skills with Mandarin IS A MUST - as most of our clients are Mandarin-speakers.Able to travel within West Malaysia.
