Job Description
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional revenue and market share growth.

• Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team, ensuring high performance and alignment with business goals.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify business opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance, distributor efficiency, and product availability to ensure market penetration.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and business plans to senior management.
• Drive promotional and pricing strategies to maximize profitability and sales growth.
The Successful Applicant
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
• Proven expertise in distributor management, optimizing network, and driving sales growth.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage).
• The ability to build and maintain professional relationships while effectively managing and leading teams.
