Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing. This role is based in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering profitable growth strategies, overseeing commercialisation through customer/partner insight, analysis, innovation, product design, sales, distribution, pricing and marketing communications.
What you'll do:
As the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's mission directions, branding & image. You will develop strategies to increase ROI for the company's partners and build corporate networks while maintaining relationships. Your role will involve exploring new product solutions with both external partners and internal stakeholders. You will manage contractual obligations and interpretation while leading efforts to increase alignment, mutual understanding, and trust between collaboration participants. You will forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners. Additionally, you will plan, implement and monitor campaigns across all digital networks. As part of your responsibilities, you will oversee the Sales & Promotions Department and contribute to team by accomplishing related results as needed.

You hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. You have demonstrated entrepreneurial orientation with a propensity for risk-taking. Your mentoring skills are well-honed and you possess a continuous improvement mindset. You are adept at initiating action and have strong leadership skills. Your decision-making skills are top-notch and you excel in teamwork and delegation.
