  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

• Liaise with clients’ global teams in native countries for end users’ application support and provide technical supports in native languages (Vietnamese/Thai/Tagalog)

• Possess niche skills and knowledge in software developing/automation system/IT/AI & Decoder/XCP technology in various industries and specializing in IVS, Mainframe networking/IT security, CMNET Backbone MAN, Epicor MRP, ERP, Python Protocols etc.

• Review technical specification and manual/translate it in native languages

• Able to perform UAT, octance/cetane testing & developing, troubleshoot, failure analyser, and perform regular maintenance check on operation systems.

• Develop system and methods used in the development and maintenance of systems such as, XCP, AI, IT technologies etc.

• Developing and testing solutions to solve technical problems

• Manage system projects and resolve any technical issue to ensure meet set KPI/SLA timeline, customers’ satisfaction.

• Present ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals to global foreign customers

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
