Job Description

• Be the go-to person for our in-house e-commerce brand

• Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platform(s): SKU edition, price changes, sales order synchronization, inventory

• Ensure stock balancing online and offline channel

• Manage LIVE, ads, and campaign sessions

• Work with marketing team to boost brand sales and awareness via content or shop

• Process sales order within the SLA

• Lead the customer service team and respond to online enquiries and feedback within agreed timeline

• Be prepared to execute fast and accurate to ensure we hit sales KPI with a continuous optimization

• Upon confirmation, employee will be rewarded with successful conversion based on our comm scheme (subject to company’s policy)

Requirements:

• 2 – 3 years agency experience preferred

• Proficient in English & Bahasa, Mandarin would be an advantage but not mandatory

• Highly proficient in using e-commerce platforms such as Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada

• A good understanding of e-commerce platforms branches, such as Tik Tok Shop, Tiktok Seller Centre, Ads, Affiliate, and more

• Experienced in running Tiktok Ads and hosting LIVE

• Independent, proactive, numbers-driven, and work well under pressure

• Familiarity in AI tools and monday.com

• Familiar with Microsoft office and google slides

• Comfortable in front of camera (we’re ok with first-timers as long as you’re open to try)
