We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketplace and E-commerce Manager to oversee and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in managing marketplace platforms (e.g., Tiktok, Meta, etc.) and e-commerce websites, driving sales growth, and enhancing customer experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to manage multiple platforms efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and optimize product listings on online marketplaces (e.g., Tik tok, Meta).

2. Oversee e-commerce and Marketplace operations, ensuring a seamless and conversion-optimized user experience.

3. Develop and execute sales growth strategies to increase online revenue and market share.

4. Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO and social media ads.

5. Monitor competitor activity and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities.

6. Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely order fulfillment.

7. Analyze sales data and customer behavior to make data-driven decisions and improve performance.

8. Enhance customer experience by resolving issues, improving retention, and ensuring satisfaction.

9. Track and report key performance metrics (e.g., sales, traffic, conversion rates) regularly.

10. Train and guide team members in marketplace and e-commerce best practices.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.

· Proven experience (3+ years) in managing online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.

· Strong knowledge of marketplace platforms (e.g., Tik tok, Meta etc.).

· Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).

· Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.

· Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization software.

· Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment systems.

• Knowledge of marketplace/e-commerce advertising tools.

• Familiarity with customer retention strategies.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
