Job Descriptions: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering long-term relationships. 2. Develop account strategies aligned with company objectives to drive revenue growth. 3. Monitor financial performance and client KPIs, ensuring alignment with shareholder expectations. 4. Overlook all work related to external audit, tax compliance, corporate announcements, AGM, quarterly reports, annual reports, circulars, and CG reports to ensure compliance with due dates. Job Requirements: 1. Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. 2. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as account manager. 3. Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance in publicly traded companies. 4. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all level of employees.
