A. THE JOB ~ Oversee the daily cleaning and hygiene of the project office. ~ Carry out admin tasks in respect of document filing, plan registers, construction data, staff medical expenses claims, medical leave certificates, claims and bills, office equipment and to make report thereof. ~ To maintain incoming and outgoing communications including emails other media; ~ Any other tasks required by the project team, consultants and higher authority. B. THE CANDIDATE ~ Expect to be dynanically active, fast-paced and resourceful. ~ Understand the need of accuracy and timeliness in work tasks ~ Not afraid to ask but to learn quickly ~ Preferred those with own vehicle as can expect to work later than usual on occassions to meet deadlines. ~ Must be able to commence duty in less than a week.
