  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities

  • Work with internal teams to implement automation tools and optimize sales workflows.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Assist customers with order tracking, delivery status updates, and return processing.
  • Resolve post-purchase complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information regarding product care, usage, and return policies.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and product teams, to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to better assist customers with post-purchase queries.

  • Ability to speak, write, and read Mandarin is a must.
  • SPM or equivalent.
  • Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
