  • Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payroll processing.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve queries.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure confidentiality of financial and administrative information.
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounting or administration.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
  • Good Communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, SQL) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong Attention to detail and Organizational skills.
  • Annual Leave: 2 years and below: 72 hours
  • Between 2 to 5 years: 108 hours
  • 5 years and above: 144 hours
