- Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payroll processing.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve queries.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure confidentiality of financial and administrative information.
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or administration.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
- Good Communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, SQL) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong Attention to detail and Organizational skills.
- Annual Leave: 2 years and below: 72 hours
- Between 2 to 5 years: 108 hours
- 5 years and above: 144 hours
