- Focus in handling retail administrative (including SKU creation, system inventory)
- Liaise with HR Department on retail's staff attendance
- Liaise with Government sectors for Business License and any other license for new retail shop
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Achieve at least Diploma certificate in admin or related field
- At least 1 years working experience in related field is preferred
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Able to communicate with English, Mandarin and Malay
- Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
- Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
