  • Focus in handling retail administrative (including SKU creation, system inventory)
  • Liaise with HR Department on retail's staff attendance
  • Liaise with Government sectors for Business License and any other license for new retail shop
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Achieve at least Diploma certificate in admin or related field
  • At least 1 years working experience in related field is preferred
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
  • Able to communicate with English, Mandarin and Malay
  • Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
  • Customer focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
