Key Responsibilities: -Assist in processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product details, pricing . -Processing Customer Invoice & Delivery Order detailed & accurately. -Update daily reports & documentationTo maintain accurate stock levels of machines, spare parts . -Track and update inventory records, and coordinate with HQ for timely restocking. -Maintain and update filling systems, documents handling Respond promptly to any ad-hoc admin duties and operational support as and when required or assigned by Manager / Supervisor. -Maintaining a good attendance records. Requirements: -A diploma in any discipline. -Candidate familiar with SQL Payroll System have the added advantage -Good interpersonal & communication skills -Demonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding task for self and team. -Good communication skills, organization skills & time management skills. -Ability to Multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands. -Ability to contribute to positive work environment.
