1. Processing monthly payroll in a timely manner and ensures accurate input of adjustments, termination and statutory deductions including but not limited to EPF, SOCSO, SIP and PCB. 2. Address and resolve payroll discrepancies, errors, or issues promptly. Investigate and correct any anomalies in payroll processing. 3. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of payroll software/systems, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity. 4. Ensure compliance with monthly and annual statutory requirements such as but not limited to EPF, Sosco, EIS, HRDCorp levy and Income Tax, as well as to be responsible for yearly EA form preparation, form e-submission, and monthly payslips. 5. Processing of employees’ leave application, training, medical reimbursement, training and other claims. 6. Update staff movement, new recruitment, staff transfer, re-designation as well as update staff database on changes. 7. Carry out liaison task with government bodies on any human resources related issues including but not limited to Labour Office, PERKESO, EPF, LHDN, HRDCorp to ensure compliance with local employment regulatory, tax, audit and reporting requirement. 8. Create and maintain employee personal data in the payroll system, monitoring confirmation due date, letter preparation for confirmation, contract renewal, increment, promotion, transfer and resignation. 9. Maintain accurate and organized payroll records, including employee personal data and other relevant documentation. 10. Participates in employee screening, selection, and interview processes, when required. 11. Coordinates induction program for new staff and communicates HR policies and procedures. 12. Generate timely reports as requested by the Management. 13. Involves in planning and participates in meetings or activities, when requested. 14. Performs general office administrative works such as but not limited to handling maintenance related tasks, answering phone calls, constructing and replying to e-mails and manage routine correspondences.
