- Creating new AR and Ap accounts and ensure ensuring the proper records are kept.
- Ensuring the proper keying in & filing of documents (eg. Payment and receipt & related document).
- Generating debtor statement and assist in debt collection.
- Reconciling platform settlement (Lazada, Shopee).
- Reconciling Merchant card settlement.
- Performing bank reconciliation.
- Processing claims.
- Assisting in other administrative paperwork.
- Bank in cash receipts and cheques.
- Assist in monthly payroll function.
- Assist in credit control function.
- To manage and investigate long outstanding/unutilized AR/AP balances.
- To manage new entities accounts.
- Prepare expenses report, monitor expenses and flag up expenses abnormalities.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Proficient in handling data and reports with Strong Oral and Written Communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good Organizational and Time management skills.
