  • Creating new AR and Ap accounts and ensure ensuring the proper records are kept.
  • Ensuring the proper keying in & filing of documents (eg. Payment and receipt & related document).
  • Generating debtor statement and assist in debt collection.
  • Reconciling platform settlement (Lazada, Shopee).
  • Reconciling Merchant card settlement.
  • Performing bank reconciliation.
  • Processing claims.
  • Assisting in other administrative paperwork.
  • Bank in cash receipts and cheques.
  • Assist in monthly payroll function.
  • Assist in credit control function.
  • To manage and investigate long outstanding/unutilized AR/AP balances.
  • To manage new entities accounts.
  • Prepare expenses report, monitor expenses and flag up expenses abnormalities.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Proficient in handling data and reports with Strong Oral and Written Communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good Organizational and Time management skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
