1. Administrative Support

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in administrative, secretarial, or assistant roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment and handling unexpected challenges.
