JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design and manage the production of a wide range of marketing materials including poster print and digital advertising, posters and displays, social media/digital communications and merchandise, both online and offline.
- Work with a wide range of media, including photography and video editing
- Handling marketing administrative duties
- To produce content & manage all social media channels on the company including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google+, etc.
- To be responsible for ongoing updates about brand and service of the company in social media accounts.
- Create ideas for various content types (video, articles, infographics, social media post) with relevant tone and style, adhering to the style guides.
- Post and create interactive content across the social media platforms to drive traffic and engagements, aligning to the company's branding.
- Keep updated on social media trends to keep content up to date and relevant to audiences.
- Work with marketing team with developing content for advertising campaigns (banner ads, email campaigns, landing pages).
- Develop and engaging creative and innovative content regularly, scheduled post and promote brand-focused messages.
- Prepare write up caption for new product information and introduction as well as advertisement to enhance the brand awareness.
- Engage with social media users, respond to conversations and answer queries over the social media accounts.
- Study and conduct research analysis to understand social media trend and software.
- To conduct market research and analyze social media trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
- Build brand awareness and promoting products by creating content.
- Stay up-to-date with current social trends.
- To carry out any ad hoc tasks assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Possess minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years experience in property development ;
- Preferable at least 5 years relevant experience in graphic designing and marketing;
- Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.);
- Highly skilled in all aspects of advertising with a strategic mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively;
- Ability to conceptualize and present original ideas for each project;
- Understanding of the automative workshop environment and products, with a keen eye for visual details that resonate in this field;
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills and pro-active with good working attitude;
- Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (advantage);
- Possess own transport and willing to travel where necessary.
