  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with labor laws of headquarters & subsidiaries.
  • Lead workforce planning and headcount management to ensure optimal staffing levels and organizational structure.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and career development.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Oversee the administration of payroll, benefits, and other HR-related programs.
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Overseeing safety, health and related programme and activities.
  • Establishing and managing budgets, controlling expenditure and ensuring the efficient use of resources.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree or above education
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing the full spectrum of HR functions within a medium to large organization.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional language is preferred.
  • Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
  • Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
  • Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
