- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with labor laws of headquarters & subsidiaries.

- Overseeing safety, health and related programme and activities.
- Establishing and managing budgets, controlling expenditure and ensuring the efficient use of resources.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree or above education
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience in managing the full spectrum of HR functions within a medium to large organization.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional language is preferred.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence, conflict resolution.
- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
