This strategic position will be based in the East Coast region, capitalizing on local market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Drive the expansion of our market presence along the East Coast by developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies.
- Account Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities, manage key customer relationships, and ensure the retention and growth of existing accounts.
- Market Expertise: Utilize deep industry knowledge to address specific challenges within the industrial and oil & gas sectors, offering tailored solutions.
- Project Sales and Solution Selling: Balance project sales with solution selling, involving both consumables and capital equipment. Demonstrate the ability to spec in products for tenders, aligning with strategic sales initiatives.

We Are Looking For:
- Educational Background: Diplomas, Advanced Diplomas, Bachelor's, or Postgraduate Degrees in any field; backgrounds in Science, Engineering, or Health & Safety are advantageous.
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales within the industrial and oil & gas sectors.
- Skills: Strategic thinking, strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and local market expertise.
- Leadership: Capability to lead initiatives and inspire teams.
