Recruitment Consultant (Junior/Senior Level)
Role Positioning and Objectives:
- Reports To: Recruitment team lead
- Reporting Level: Individual Contributor
- Geographic Scope: Malaysia market ( Experience in the BPO industry will be extra bonus)
1. Accountabilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment Process:
- Posting engaging job requisitions.
- Conducting candidate screening and assessment.
- Coordinating and participating in interviews.
- Providing insights to hiring managers.
- Contributing to the development of recruitment strategies.
2. Proactive Sourcing:
- Building and maintaining a talent pipeline.
- Leveraging various recruitment tools for sourcing.
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience.
3. Talent Attraction and Branding:
- Developing and implementing talent attraction strategies.
- Participating in employer branding initiatives.
- Representing the company positively in the job market.
4. Data-Driven Recruitment:
- Utilizing data for recruitment insights.
- Contributing to the improvement of recruitment processes.
- Ensuring compliance with recruitment policies
5. Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborating with hiring managers and teams.
- Addressing and resolving recruitment-related queries.
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Essential Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:
- Experience: Degree Fresh graduate OR Candidate with related experience.
- Skills: Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset and familiarity with recruitment technologies.
- Language ability: Mandarin and English ( Focus on the Mandarin market )

- Location: Menara MBMR ( walking distance from MidValley, accessible by using LRT, KTM. )

- Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
- Language: Mandarin (Required)
- Supplementary pay: commission pay, performance bonus, yearly bonus
