
BRANCH SALES MANAGER (IPOH & JOHOR)
Responsibilities:
Management
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, setting clear goals and expectations, and providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure team success.
Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Recognize and reward outstanding achievements.
Goal Setting: Collaborate with team members to set individual and team sales targets. Ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Training and Development: Identify training and development needs within the team and coordinate appropriate training programs or resources.
Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment that encourages team members to work together effectively.
Sales Achievement
Market Analysis and Strategy: Lead market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth in the market.
Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify and target key prospects in the retail and hospitality sectors who can benefit from our solutions. Generate leads through various channels, including cold calls, networking, partnerships, and referrals.
Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, understand their unique business needs, challenges, and goals. Present our solutions and demonstrate how they can address client requirements.
Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Develop proposals, negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and contracts with clients. Ensure that all agreements align with the company's financial goals and legal requirements.
Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals.
Administration
Administrative Oversight: Oversee administrative functions related to the business development department, ensuring smooth operations and efficient use of resources.
Document Management: Maintain update CRM and organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts. Ensure all documentation is up to date and easily accessible.
Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, including sales pipelines and forecasts. Prepare regular reports to present to the management team.
Budget Management: Collaborate with the finance team to manage and monitor the department's budget, including expenses, resources, and cost-effectiveness.
Technology and Tools: Ensure that the team is equipped with the necessary technology and tools, such as CRM software and sales-related resources, to maximize efficiency.
