We are on the lookout for a visionary and innovative Art Director to spearhead our visual storytelling and creative direction. If you’re an artistic trailblazer with strategic insight and exceptional leadership skills, we’d love to have you lead our team to new creative heights.

What your day looks like:

  • You’ll be ahead of industry trends, adopting new ideas and technologies to continuously elevate creative standards and drive innovation.
  • You’ll lead and inspire the team during brainstorming sessions, coming up with innovative and impactful ideas.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with copywriters and strategist to develop compelling and cohesive creative concepts.
  • You’ll mentor and support the design team by providing constructive feedback, guidance and opportunities for professional growth.
  • You’ll manage the execution of design projects, ensuring consistent quality, timely delivery and strict adherence to brand guidelines.
  • You’ll manage multiple campaigns simultaneously from conception to execution.
  • You’ll analyse performance marketing metrics, identify areas for improvement, and refine creative strategies to enhance results.
  • Required: At least 5 years of experience in design, typography, branding and layout. Ideally with an advertising agency background.
  • Advanced knowledge and slick skills with design tools (eg. Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
  • A strong portfolio which demonstrates a variety of successful projects across diverse medias (please send it to us).
  • Good leadership and strong communication skills. You’re able to inspire and guide the team by effectively communicating project goals and vision.
  • Detail oriented with good time management, able to work under pressure, and you’re able to prioritise even with multiple projects.
  • Able to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to deliver the best results.
  • Always stay ahead of industry trends and continuously seek new ways to innovate and elevate design standards across all projects.
