  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Position: Asst. Quality Development Specialist Industry: Manufacturing Working Duration: 6 months contract (Contract renewal) Working Location: Kawasan Perindustrian Pasir Gudang, Johor (WFO) Working Day/Hours: Monday – Friday; 9 am – 6pm (Onsite) Salary: RM2,500-3,000 Purpose of the Job: • Handling of claims of products manufactured in Malaysia Factory and support other Regions claims • Handling of raw materials claims feedback from customer, Operations with supplier The day-to-day activities: • Performs all duties in full compliance of all rules, safety and environmental regulations, and in a manner consistent with company policies and procedures. • To handle customer claims and conduct investigation with related operations person-in-charge for the CAPA respond. • To monitor and ensure CAPA effectiveness. • To update claims data in system and claim justification via Salesforce ICS • To support in ISO documentation and involve in internal auditing activity • To handle raw material claims feedback from Operations, customer claims and liasing/nego with raw material supplier with the support from Sourcing. • To follow up CAPA respond from raw material supplier and update claims closure in system • To coordinate and communicate with related key stakeholders internally and externally related to both customer and raw material claims matters. • To ensure the compliance of UL certification • A4 samples request handling The must haves: • Basic computer literacy (eg. emails, MS office) • Work on-site • Good personality and interactions with people • Min 1 year working experience in quality/customer service (advantage if have) • Self-motivated and enthusiastic • An organized and pro-active approach • Able to work independently.
