- Maintain HR documentation, such as Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, and Guidelines.
- Process payrolls, manage data, handle company activities, and staff’s feedback.
- Prepare yearly EA Form, Form E.
- Prepare staff-related correspondences and letters, including transfers, confirmation/extension/termination, contract renewal/end of contract, promotions, acceptance of resignation, and disciplinary letters.
- Coordinate in HR events - birthday lunch, gathering.
- Help the organization ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
- Other general and miscellaneous duties as assigned, example office maintenance, office sundry
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in HR (added advantage).
- Good communication skills (written and oral) in Mandarin.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels.
- Initiative, resourceful, and self-motivated.
