  • Maintain HR documentation, such as Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, and Guidelines.
  • Process payrolls, manage data, handle company activities, and staff’s feedback.
  • Prepare yearly EA Form, Form E.
  • Prepare staff-related correspondences and letters, including transfers, confirmation/extension/termination, contract renewal/end of contract, promotions, acceptance of resignation, and disciplinary letters.
  • Coordinate in HR events - birthday lunch, gathering.
  • Help the organization ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Other general and miscellaneous duties as assigned, example office maintenance, office sundry
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in HR (added advantage).
  • Good communication skills (written and oral) in Mandarin.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Initiative, resourceful, and self-motivated.
