- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via Zendesk from various channels such as social media, email and mobile app contact us form.
- Escalate serious complaints or complex issues as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues or managers to find best resolutions and essentially finding ways to wow the customer during the contact points.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting, orders, payments, and account-related matters.
- Handle gift voucher requests and processing.
- Gather and share customer feedback for product and service enhancement, suggesting process improvements when applicable.
- Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Those with previous experience in a customer service role are welcomed.
- Fresh grads with positive attitude, a self-starter and always interested in learning are welcomed too.
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to determine customer needs, empathize with and prioritize needs, while able to provide appropriate solutions and setting expectations with customers.
- Exude patience and ownership with each customer.
- Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing system is highly advantageous.
- Weekend shifts required.
- Work From Home (WFH), offers remote work flexibility, with occasional in-office attendance required as needed
