  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate support channel
  • Manage customer escalations and ensure that these are answered, tracked and escalated as required
  • Perform all procedures accurately, including following documented call flows, work processes, data entry requirements, and complaint management processes
  • ensure all SLAs are met accordingly
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation and take responsibility to ensure customers are satisfied
  • Provide a high level of professionalism and competent customer service
  • Able to communicate effectively with customers in a friendly and polite manner by following to processes
  • Fresh graduates from SPM, Diploma and Degree are also welcome to apply as long as you have good proficiency in either Simplified Mandarin/Traditional Mandarin or Cantonese (Must be able to read, write and type).
  • Salary :Basic (RM3000 - RM3500) + KPI (Up to RM300) + Night shift allowance (Up to RM500)
  • Office location :Sunway Visio Tower
  • Requirement :- Candidate must well known English and Traditional Mandarin, Able to work in shift, Able to speak / type in Traditional Mandarin
