About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Account Assistant to join our team at Hung Sum Holding Sdn Bhd, with our office located in Subang USJ. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our accounting operations and contributing to the overall success of the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Performing a full set of accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliation, and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements independently.
• Receiving, reviewing, and processing invoices, POs, DOs, ORs, and related accounting documents.
• Checking and processing payments for staff claims, rent, and utilities.
• Providing minor administrative support to the office and colleagues.
• Assisting with monthly EPF and SOCSO submissions.
Qualifications and Skills
• At least a Diploma and 2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proficient in using accounting software and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in the construction industry will be an advantage.
• Familiar with e-invoicing.
