- Formulating and assist in marketing strategies and leasing plans of Landlord leasing projects and / or of Tenants looking for office space
- Plan, implement and monitor the execution of marketing relating activities of appointed office buildings (working with colleagues and working alone)
- Assist and lead the leasing process of office buildings from finding prospects, identifying prospective Clients, negotiating commercial terms on behalf of Clients, securing the tenancy and finalizing the tenancy documents

- Holds a bachelor's degree from any disciplines
- Experience working in leasing (1 year) is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Comfortable with numbers and calculations
- Good presentation & analytical skills
- Possess drive, creativity and initiative; confident, strong interpersonal skills
- Independent and also a team player
- Flexible and able to multi-task
