  • Microsoft Excel & Word – Uses Excel for cost tracking, reports, and inventory management; uses Word for documentation and communication.
  • Communication Skills – Talks clearly with suppliers, managers, and team members.
  • Problem-Solving – Handles issues like late deliveries, wrong items, or price changes.
  • Market Research – Finds the best suppliers and stays updated on market prices.
  • Time Management – Manages multiple orders and deadlines efficiently.
