- Microsoft Excel & Word – Uses Excel for cost tracking, reports, and inventory management; uses Word for documentation and communication.
- Communication Skills – Talks clearly with suppliers, managers, and team members.
- Problem-Solving – Handles issues like late deliveries, wrong items, or price changes.
- Market Research – Finds the best suppliers and stays updated on market prices.
- Time Management – Manages multiple orders and deadlines efficiently.
- Performance-Based Incentives – Employees are eligible for incentives based on the company’s Profit & Loss (P&L) performance upon confirmation.
