  • Assist in managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
  • Ensuring clients payments, amounts and records are correct.
  • Process supplier invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with monthly and year-end closing processes.
  • Maintain organized and secure documentation for audit purposes.
  • Prepare AR and AP aging reports.
  • Perform bank reconciliations related to AP and AR transactions
  • Managing extra work related to SCN or SDN for E-Invoice (No more undo in system)
  • Managing E-Invoice implementation.
  • Other ad hoc task related to admin
  • Provide support for ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
  • Minimum SPM/Diploma
  • Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience
  • Able to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to the fast-growing environment
