- Assist in managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Ensuring clients payments, amounts and records are correct.
- Process supplier invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payments.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with monthly and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain organized and secure documentation for audit purposes.
- Prepare AR and AP aging reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations related to AP and AR transactions
- Managing extra work related to SCN or SDN for E-Invoice (No more undo in system)
- Managing E-Invoice implementation.
- Other ad hoc task related to admin
- Provide support for ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
- Minimum SPM/Diploma
- Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience
- Able to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to adapt to the fast-growing environment
