Senior Account Executive
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the company's daily accounting processing, preparation of financial statements and related analysis reports (Fullset Account required)
2. Responsible for accounting book registration and preparation of accounting statements,
3. Responsible for the company's overall accounting processing. Including reviewing cost and expense documents, verifying accounts, preparing accounting vouchers, issuing financial statements, etc.;
4. Responsible for banking, finance, taxation, industrial and commercial related business, etc.;
5. Responsible for tax declaration, the entire process of tax management and the preparation of various financial statements, including invoice management, tax declaration, etc.;
6. Responsible for preparing company budget on a monthly basis and supervising budget implementation;
7. Responsible for assisting the finance manager in the management of business plans, budget preparation and assessment forms; completing other tasks assigned by superior managers.
Job requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor degree or above, preferably ACCA in accounting, financial management and other related majors.
2. Have more than two to five years of accounting work experience; be proficient in the terms of accounting standards, be familiar with the internal control principles of financial management, and be able to flexibly apply them in actual work;
3. Have certain financial analysis capabilities, be familiar with national fiscal and tax regulations and accounting standards, be proficient in using MS Office office software, proficient in using financial application software, proficient in handling accounts and preparing various reports;
4. Applicants with general taxpayer accounting and tax management experience, corporate finance workers are preferred
5. Work carefully and conscientiously, have a strong sense of responsibility and principle, be fair and objective in dealing with things, be rigorous and diligent, be able to withstand pressure, have good organizational, coordination, communication skills and teamwork spirit, have good analytical and judgment skills, language expression skills, be open-minded, have good professionalism and team spirit, and have a strong sense of confidentiality.
