Menu Planning & Food Production – Assists in menu creation, portion control, and ensuring food consistency. Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – Quickly handles kitchen challenges, such as delays, ingredient shortages, or staff issues. Microsoft Excel & Word – Uses Excel for inventory tracking, costing, and reports; uses Word for documentation and communication. Time Management & Organization – Ensures food preparation runs on schedule, especially during peak hours. Communication Skills – Effectively coordinates with the front-of-house team, suppliers, and kitchen staff. Adaptability & Stress Management – Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Attention to Detail – Maintains consistency in food quality, portion sizes, and kitchen cleanliness.
