  • Handle in full spectrum of Human Resources activities.
  • Responsible for all HR documentations and administration such as employment confirmation, promotion, warning and termination letters, personnel documents, attendance, leave administration, medical records, insurance, etc.
  • Preparing and compiling timely report on staff listing, manpower movement and other administrative updates.
  • Manage employees' performance evaluation.
  • Assist in full cycle of payroll processing and ensure paid accurately and on time.
  • Assist recruitment process - application, interviews, offers and appointment.
  • Assist in Administering company's HR policies and procedures to ensure IT is up to date staff adherence.
  • Perform induction and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Ensure staff disciplinary issues are handled in conformity within company's policy as well as labour law and take appropriate action.
  • Ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned from time to time by the Management.

  • Foreign Worker Management but not limited to PLKS Renewal and Fomema Medical Checkup.
  • To liaise with the Government Sector / Agencies for the arising issue such as, JTK, JPP, JIM, Fomema, SOCSO, EPF, PBT
  • Degree in Human Resources
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa
  • Own transportation
  • Holder of a Class D driving license
