Administrative Support:
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and phone calls.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
- Oversee office and salon supplies, ensuring proper inventory management.
- Handle salon and office inventory procurement and replenishment.
- Apply for and renew Malaysia government licenses as required.
Data Entry & Records Management:
- Input and update data accurately in databases and spreadsheets.
- Generate reports and analyze data to support business operations.
- Maintain up-to-date and organized records for compliance and operational efficiency.
Project Coordination:
- Assist in project planning, execution, and tracking.
- Monitor project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for project updates.
General Support & Ad-Hoc Duties:
- Provide administrative assistance for various business functions as required.
- Perform other duties assigned by management to support daily operations.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the retail industry.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) and strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- EPF, SOCSO, EIS Contribution.
- 5 Working days (Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM)
