  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools (e.g., CRM systems).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
