  • Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, payment processing, and bookkeeping.
  • Maintain records of expenses, income, and transactions in accounting software.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and reconciliation.
  • Ensure timely payment collection and follow up on outstanding invoices.

    Administrative Support:

    • Manage general office administration, including documentation, filing, and correspondence.
    • Assist in procurement and inventory management for office supplies.
    • Support HR functions such as attendance tracking and staff claims processing.
    • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications.

      E-commerce Sales Reporting (Shopee & Lazada):

      • Generate and analyze Shopee & Lazada sales reports, identifying trends and insights.
      • Track key performance metrics, including sales revenue, order volume, and return rates.
      • Work closely with the marketing and operations team to optimize online sales performance.
      • Assist in data entry and report preparation for management review.

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting, admin, or e-commerce reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Dashboard).
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in e-commerce reporting or marketplace data analysis is a plus.
