Job Summary:

SSB Hardware Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with B2B clients, and promoting our range of air-conditioning outdoor brackets and household hardware products. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, including air conditioning contractors and electrical shops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
  • Expand dealership networks for SSB Hardware Sdn Bhd by identifying and onboarding new dealers and distributors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including air conditioning contractors and electrical shops.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business growth.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the hardware, construction, or air-conditioning industry.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with air-conditioning industry and household hardware products is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Possession of own transport and willingness to travel.
