- Providing exceptional customer service experiences (VIPs and overall guests)
- Comply with all standards and operating procedures
- Interacting and meeting new customers/clients upon arrival/departure
- Handling 7 Rooms – checking on customer’s reservations, reviews and stay updated with latest promotions in outlets
- Handling customer’s complaints and issues and negotiate with them effectively
- Ensuring successful execution of a purposeful driven service culture
- Database collections
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Customer service oriented, result driven & good team player;
- Excellent communications & interpersonal skills;
