  • Responsibilities include conducting safety inspections, maintaining documentation, coordinating training, and overseeing general office operations.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops and events related to APAD initiatives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all parties involved.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships between different departments, teams, or organizations.
  • Monitor changes of APAD providing regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on APAD-related issues, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners when needed.
  • Allocating ad-hoc tasks that are on and off as needed.
  • Required Language (s): Bahasa Malaysia & English; Mandarin is optional.
  • Strong safety expertise and administrative skills.
  • Prior working experience related to A.P.A.D ICOP regulation is compulsory.
  • Strong knowledge processed of APAD.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and responsible character.
  • Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill.
